Darlene LaPlue has worked with people with disabilities and their families as a volunteer for over 15 years. Her experience includes directing a summer camp for families affected by disability, directing an annual banquet for individuals with disabilities, directing the disability program at her church, and participating in the helping lead international trips to perform wheelchair distributions. She is a former public school teacher and the mother of five adult children.

Lee Anne LaPlue spent three years in Nigeria, and left her heart at an orphanage in Ibadan. She coordinates our program supporting that orphanage, Jesus Kids! Lee Anne is a graduate of Hillsdale University and has been a part of Luke 14 Ministries since its inception. She is currently working on her Occupational Therapy degree.

Laura Broyles has been involved in Luke 14 Ministries since it's inception, and currently serves as our Administrative Coordinator. She is active in all aspects of our ministry. Laura is the proud parent of three children, a United States Marine, a special needs child, and a creative and caring daughter. Raising a special needs child has given her a unique insight into helping care for the families our ministry serves.
